Looking after your bag

ONE

Wherever possible lay your bag down, pull closed any straps and fasten any clasps.

If it is difficult to lay your bag down due to lack of space at least a PB London pillow will help to protect it whilst vertical.

THREE

Try not to take your bags out in the rain. If they come with a protective rain sleeve, use it.

Always take your bad to a specialist for cleaning and repair.

TWO

Always use the dust-bag if provided. Try to keep your bags at room temperature and always away from direct sunlight.

FOUR

To protect the handles but also to add an individual touch to your bag, wrap a Twily around the handle.
